In all modesty: We believe it’s fair to call our employees the best of the best. According to the Melbourne Mercer Global Pension Index, Denmark and the Netherlands have the World’s most advanced (i.e. complicated) pension systems. And with Keylane firmly positioned at the top of the ranks with our solutions at the very core of the Danish and Dutch pension systems, we take the liberty to score ourselves at least slightly above average. However, even the smartest people need directions and someone to plan the work. That’s why we are looking for the best of the best among project managers: capable of guiding specialists and generalists alike, whether team player or diva, across the finish line.

Our projects require many different personalities with very different skill-sets. However, we don’t believe in grand all-encompassing project plans. Instead, we work in agile sprints, continuously challenging our solutions and project plans to ensure that we are always in control and stay on track. If you only follow in the footsteps of others, you will never be in front. That’s why we dare to go off-road sometimes – even if it may be demanding at times.
